🕛 Check-Out Time
- Check-out is at 12:00 PM. Please ensure all belongings are packed and the apartment is left in good condition.
💎 Valuables
- Kindly store cash, jewelry, and other valuables in the safe deposit box provided. Management is not liable for lost or missing items.
🔌 Energy Conservation
- Help us conserve energy by turning off lights, TV, air conditioning, cooker, and other appliances when leaving the apartment.
🚭 No Smoking
- Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the apartment. Please use designated outdoor areas if available.
🚫 Prohibited Substances & Weapons
- The use or possession of firearms, illegal drugs, or any prohibited substances is not allowed on the premises.
- Weapons of any kind are strictly forbidden.
🧺 Laundry
- Please use the washer-dryer combo in the pantry area for laundry. Do not wash or dry clothes in the bathroom.
🛠️ Care for Property
- Treat all fixtures, fittings, and furnishings with care. Any damage may result in charges.
🧹 Housekeeping
- Guests are responsible for tidying their bed and apartment during their stay.
🗑️ Waste Disposal
- Dispose of all rubbish in the bin provided. Help us keep the space clean and pleasant.

🌿 Environmental Care
- To reduce our environmental footprint, the apartment is cleaned twice weekly or upon request.
- Fresh linens and towels are available in the wardrobes of each room.

- In case of fire, raise the alarm immediately and evacuate using the stairs. Do not use elevators.
📄 Lease Agreement
- All guests are required to sign a short- or long-term lease agreement upon arrival.
